Jeanne and I have had one heck of a bad year but the bright spot came when Dan and Cheree Griffith and the G-FORCE got with us to sell our house. Dan and Cheree were there whenever we needed them, giving us the best advice on how to prepare our house so it would show nicely. The commitment that they have is better than any we have ever seen. When we finally listed on a Sunday evening, yes they came to us, we were excited but felt it would take a while to sell. On Monday, three couples came and looked at our property and on Tuesday we had an offer. With advice from Dan and Cheree we countered and the counter offer was accepted. When these two tell you they are putting all effort into selling your home you can take it to the bank. Their professionalism and friendship is so greatly appreciated.
